📦 TAGi by FOLLE – Shipping Policy

TAGi pieces are made by hand, finished with care, and packed with purpose. Here's everything you need to know about how your tag gets from our studio to your story.

🛠️ Processing Time

Every TAGi is made to order. That means:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch

  • Custom name requests may take a little longer during peak periods (we’ll let you know)

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships

🚚 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Selected international regions (Check checkout for options. Need help? Contact us.)

We’re working on opening more zones soon—drop us a message if yours isn’t listed.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your item has shipped and may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing.
