💸 TAGi by FOLLE – Refund Policy

Every TAGi is made to order—etched, painted, and built with identity in mind. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your TAGi arrives damaged or with a production issue

  • You received the wrong item or customization

  • Your order was lost in transit (confirmed via tracking)

To qualify:

  • Email info@follecustoms.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Our team will get back to you within 2 business days

✅ What We Can’t Refund

We don’t offer refunds for:

  • Custom name errors submitted incorrectly by the customer

  • Paint discrepancy in Tags are not a defect 

  • Normal wear and tear or paint chipping from long-term use

  • Delays due to shipping carriers or incorrect addresses

We’ll always do our best to help—but we ask that you double-check your spelling and details at checkout.

📦 Returns

Because each TAGi is built custom, we do not accept physical returns unless we request the item for inspection.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
