🔐 1. Orders & Custom Tags

  • Every TAGi is made to order, with options for pre-designed or custom-tagged names .

  • It’s your responsibility to double-check spelling, color preferences, and tag details at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to reject any custom submissions that include offensive, hateful, or copyrighted language.

🔄 2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since each TAGi is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there was a production error.

  • If something’s not right, email us within 7 days of receiving your order: info@follecustoms.com.au

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process, then dispatch for shipping

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
